2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate our enterprise services and respond to legitimate business inquiries. Categories include:

• Business contact identifiers. Name, corporate email, phone number, company name, role/title, and any context you provide when contacting support@consumerhorizon.com or completing an application form.
• Operational telemetry. Aggregated, anonymized service usage data (request counts, region, error rates) needed to maintain platform availability and security.
• Infrastructure logs. Server access logs, IP addresses, and browser user-agent strings retained for security, fraud prevention, and operational diagnostics.
• Compliance and audit records. Records required to satisfy KYB/AML obligations, including beneficial-ownership disclosure and authorized representative identity verification.
